Case study: Kenzai
Built in 2019. Still running Kenzai's programs today.
The problem
Kenzai moved its programs from PDFs and email to an app of its own. Building, improving and maintaining that app cost far too much for the business, and software wasn't its skill set.
What we built
A managed app where the whole program happens: daily workouts with timers, weekly nutrition plans, daily lessons, a dedicated trainer, and a cohort that starts together.
Seven years on
We have run it on the Fluxweave Platform since 2019: hosting, monitoring, updates and new features. Kenzai's team works on the program, not on the software.
